Who are we ?
Bharat Memorial Charitable Trust (BMCT, registered in the year 1997 in Panchkula, Haryana) has been providing scholarships to meritorious students in various professional fields. Additionally, it also organises medical camps, cricket matches, startup micro loans (seed funds) to young entrepreneurs, supporting homes for the homeless and financing artificial limbs.
NeeV, a learning centre for the under-served, is a programme run under BMCT, conceptualised and launched on September 27, 2007 with the intent of focusing our energies and resources at the very initial stage of an individual’s growth. Hence the name, NeeV, the foundation. Economic liberalization in India has bypassed the under-served due to lack of education, good health and vocational training. We strive to provide the same in a happy, caring and stimulating environment to help them identify their true potential and find their place under the sun.
Presently catering to the underprivileged population of the ‘Millennium City’, we hope to spread this initiative to other parts of the country as well.
Mission
To motivate and support as many under-served as we can, for education, good health, vocational training & employment

Vision
We strive to provide the same in a happy, caring and stimulating environment to help them identify their place under the sun
